Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Prime Food, we prioritize customer satisfaction. Since our products are food items, the return and cancellation conditions are stated below.
1. Order Cancellation
You can request cancellation via WhatsApp or phone before your order starts being prepared. Orders that have entered the preparation stage cannot be cancelled.
2. Return Conditions
Food products are excluded from the right of return under the Consumer Protection Law. However, if the product is delivered damaged or incorrectly, free re-shipment is provided provided that photographic notification is made within 24 hours of the delivery date.
